The Board of Directors of Chautauqua Rails to Trails will hold its Annual Meeting on Monday, September 13 at 7 PM under the main outdoor pavilion at Mayville Park. Light refreshments will be served after the meeting. In the case of inclement weather the meeting will be held indoors under the high ceilings of the spacious Carlson Center at the same location.

Important agenda items include the installation of new officers and the induction of new board members. Many issues involving new and old trail segments will be discussed. General Chautauqua Rails to Trails members are especially welcome. As with all board meetings, which at this time are held on the first Monday evening of each month at 7 PM, the public is welcome as well.
